Karyn Mitchell has been in practice as a Naturopathic
Psychologist for over 26 years. She has a patient
centered practice, as she feels that it doesn't matter what
disease a person has, but who the patient is and what
they are willing to change in their diet and lifestyle to heal
that disease. She spends hours each day researching
herbs, nutrition, and disease trends. "Diabetes, heart
disease, and most autoimmune disorders are created by
poor diet and lifestyle. No one teaches us how to eat,
and in most cases, left to their own fast food foraging,
people will generally make poor choices, selecting dead
or foodless foods, acidic foods, and sugars," she states.
Acidic foods are the most addictive foods on the planet,
and she aspires to educate people about the healing
benefits of the 8-2-1-1 vegetarian and raw vegan foods.
It does take some time to get an appointment, but once
you get started on dietary change and detoxification,
you will feel younger and healthier than you have in years.
