Karyn Mitchell has been in practice as a health educator
for over 26 years.  She has a compassion centered
practice, as she feels that it doesn't matter what disease a
person has, but who they are, how happy they are, and
what they are willing to change in their thoughts and
lifestyle to heal that disease.  She spends hours each day
researching wellness, herbs, lifestyle, and ancient and
modern healing methods.  She has learned that illness
doesn't just fall out of the sky on us.  Disease is created
by poor choices, poor diet and a sedentary lifestyle.  No
one teaches us how to get well and stay well, how to eat,
and not just survive, but thrive.  In most cases, people
generally make poor lifestyle choices, selecting dead or
foodless foods, acidic foods, and sweets, as well as
watching hours of television rather than enjoying an
active and engaged lifestyle.

In her recent book, "Raw Nutrition," she explains how
acidic foods are the most addictive foods on the planet,
She aspires to educate people about the healing benefits
of the 8-2-1-1 vegetarian and raw vegan foods. It does
take some time to get an appointment, but once you get
started on dietary change and detoxification, you will feel
younger and healthier than you have in years.  You owe it
to yourself to study wellness and enjoy a healthy life.
